Introduction

Virag Distribution, LLC (dba: Virag BioSciences) created a privacy policy regulation which respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/.

Privacy Policy: Links to Other Websites

Where we provide links to other websites or services, we do so for information purposes only. The other websites and services are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

If you access other websites or services using the links provided, the operators of these websites and services may collect personal information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their Policy, which may differ from ours. By accessing a third-party website or link from our Websites, you hereby release us from any and all liability for your use of such website or link.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Websites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

To make such a request, please send an email to info@virag.bio. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request and receive certain information about a company’s disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties for their own direct marketing use.
